This is a perfect fit for the surgeon who wants to focus primarily on Mohs surgery within a dynamic, high-performing practice with exceptional flexibility and earning potential.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Mohs surgery post-training; 5 years of experience preferred.
- Board-certified in Dermatology with a specialization in Mohs surgery.
- Proven surgical expertise, including complex cases.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Michigan.

Histotech
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mohs Surgery Histotech to join our dynamic surgical team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidates.
As a Mohs Histotech, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and processing of tissue samples, supporting our Mohs surgery practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Mohs surgical specimens in a timely and efficient manner.
- Master automated IHC staining work flows for permanent sections and frozen sections.
- Perform routine histological procedures, including embedding, sectioning, and staining of tissue samples.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgeon and other team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; an associate or bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.
